Vegetarian Shakshuka

Ingredients

• 0.5 onion_unit onion
• 0.5 bell_pepper_unit bell pepper
• 400g tomato
• 0.5 tsp ground cumin
• 0.5 tsp garlic
• 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 eggs egg
• 1 parsley_unit parsley
• 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 slices bread

2. Fry onion and pepper together on medium heat until onion is soft

4. Add garlic granules, cook for a minute

6. Add chopped tomatoes and remaining spices, stir well
