- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 60g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 100g cheddar cheese, sliced
- 8 slices bread
- 30g onion, finely diced
Method
- Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
- Spread onto half the bread slices, top with cheese and the remaining bread.
- Toast in a skillet until golden on both sides and the cheese has melted.
