- 600g salmon fillet
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5g ginger, minced
- 300g white rice
- 200g broccoli
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Cook the rice; steam the broccoli until crisp-tender.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger for the glaze.
- Sear the salmon in sesame oil, then add the glaze and simmer until the fish flakes and the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice with the broccoli.
