Tangy cabbage slaw

Ingredients

• 250ml mayonnaise
• 1 lemon_unit lemon
• 2 tbsp white vinegar
• 2 tbsp dijon mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 0.25 cabbage_unit cabbage
• 0.25 cabbage_unit cabbage
• 2 carrot_unit carrot
• 1 onion_unit onion
• 2 celery_unit celery

Method

1. step 1
2. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, mustard and celery salt in a small bowl, then season generously.

4. Add cabbage, carrots, onion and celery. Mix well and refrigerate. Can be made up to 1 day ahead.
