Smoky tomato pepper salsa

Ingredients

• 1 onion_unit onion
• 1 cilantro_unit cilantro
• 125g tomato
• 0.5 bell_pepper_unit bell pepper
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp white vinegar
• 1.5 tsp paprika
• 1 pinch white sugar

Method

2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until chopped, but not too fine. Pour into a serving bowl and add seasoning and a pinch of sugar.
