Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes
- 30g tomato paste
- 100g onion, diced
- 100g bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 slices bread
Method
- Brown the beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Stir in canned tomato, tomato paste, mustard and honey; simmer 12–15 minutes until thickened.
- Spoon over bread to serve.
