Mediterranean Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
- 400g pasta
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 200g tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 20g lemon, juiced
- 2g dried oregano
- 30g parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve a cup of pasta water and drain.
- Warm olive oil and garlic in the pot, then stir in tomato and oregano for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the tuna, lemon juice and pasta, tossing with a splash of pasta water.
- Finish with parmesan and serve.
