Ingredients
- 700g ground beef
- 100g panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg egg
- 100g onion, finely diced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3g italian seasoning
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, half the canned tomato and seasoning; shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Stir mustard into the remaining canned tomato and spread over the top.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until cooked through.
