Ground Turkey Traybake with Tomato

A no-fuss traybake of ground turkey, tomato and garlic, done in roughly 47 minutes.

Ingredients

• 390g ground turkey
• 450g tomato
• 30g garlic
• 36g sesame oil
• 9g dried oregano

Method

1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the tomato into even chunks and spread on a large tray.
3. Nestle the ground turkey among the vegetables, scatter over the garlic, and drizzle everything with the sesame oil.
4. Roast for 30–35 minutes until the ground turkey is cooked and the edges are golden, turning once.
5. Scatter with the dried oregano before serving.
