Ground Turkey Traybake with Potato

Ground turkey, potato and ginger come together in a slow-and-steady traybake — around 47 minutes.

Ingredients

• 390g ground turkey
• 450g potato
• 30g ginger
• 36g olive oil
• 9g dried oregano

Method

1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the potato into even chunks and spread on a large tray.
3. Nestle the ground turkey among the vegetables, scatter over the ginger, and drizzle everything with the olive oil.
4. Roast for 30–35 minutes until the ground turkey is cooked and the edges are golden, turning once.
5. Scatter with the dried oregano before serving.
