Ground Turkey Traybake with Carrot

A no-fuss traybake of ground turkey, carrot and onion, done in roughly 47 minutes.

Ingredients

• 390g ground turkey
• 450g carrot
• 30g onion
• 36g vegetable oil
• 9g dried oregano

Method

1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the carrot into even chunks and spread on a large tray.
3. Nestle the ground turkey among the vegetables, scatter over the onion, and drizzle everything with the vegetable oil.
4. Roast for 30–35 minutes until the ground turkey is cooked and the edges are golden, turning once.
5. Scatter with the dried oregano before serving.
