- 500g ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 150g onion, diced
- 150g bell pepper, diced
- 6g chili powder
- 4g ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Method
- Brown the beef with onion, bell pepper and garlic.
- Stir in chili powder and cumin, then add canned tomato and both beans.
- Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
