- 600g chicken thigh, cubed
- 1 can tomatoes
- 300ml coconut milk
- 30g butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8g ginger, minced
- 6g garam masala
- 300g white rice
Method
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Brown the chicken in butter with garlic and ginger.
