Black Beans Hotpot

Ingredients

• 400g black beans
• 1 onion_unit onion
• 1 bell_pepper_unit bell pepper
• 1 bell_pepper_unit bell pepper
• 0.33 cups celery
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1.5 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 5 cups water

Method

1. Add all the ingredients in the Instant pot, Lock the lid on and set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 35 minutes. Once the beans are done cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 20 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure. Open and serve!
2. Let the beans get cool completely before saving them in the fridge or freezer.
