Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 300g broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 5g ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 300g brown rice
Method
- Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
- Brown the beef in sesame oil with garlic and ginger.
- Add the broccoli and soy sauce, cover and steam 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Serve over the rice.
