- 600g chicken thigh
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3g chili powder
- 4 slices bread
- 100g onion, diced
Method
- Combine chicken, canned tomato, honey, vinegar, chili powder and onion in a pot.
- Simmer, covered, 30 minutes until the chicken is very tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the sauce.
- Pile onto bread to serve.
