Almojábanas (Colombian Cheese Bread)

Ingredients

• 1.25 cups cornmeal
• 3 cups feta cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 0.25 tsp salt
• 2 eggs egg
• 4 tbsp milk

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
2. Mix the masarepa and cheese in a food processor.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Divide into 8 equal-size portions and shape into a ball.
5. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden. Serve warm.
